Scott Legge is an independent professional food service and hospitality consultant providing both facility design and management advisory services. He is a graduate of the University Of Guelph School Of Hotel and Food Administration and a Professional member of the Foodservice Consultants Society International. He is also a Past President of FCSI and was made a Fellow of the Society in 2013.
Scott manages every aspect of his projects from start to finish with great technical knowledge, attention to detail as well as a thorough understanding of the human side of the hospitality industry. He is known to be a careful listener, passionately advocates for the long term needs of the foodservice operator and is an enthusiastic educator/facilitator who works hard to bridge the gap between operations personnel and design team members.
Scott has completed both design and management advisory services projects in several sectors of the marketplace including hospitals, long term care, educational institutions, business dining operations, casinos, hotels, sporting facilities, military and banquet facilities.
